ANZIIF launches summit to ‘define industry’s future’
The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance has launched its International Summit – a gathering of “the brightest minds” in the industry.
The February 11-12 conference in Sydney will address topics including artificial intelligence, digital transformation, climate resilience, regulation, cyber risk, customer expectations and leadership.
ANZIIF says every session is designed to deliver knowledge and forward-thinking perspectives.
“The … summit is where the brightest minds in insurance, risk management and financial services come together to shape the future of the industry, providing opportunity to connect with industry leaders, challenge conventional thinking and explore the trends and innovations redefining the profession,” the institute said.
“Bringing together diverse perspectives from across the insurance ecosystem, the event creates a dynamic environment for collaboration, knowledge sharing and meaningful conversations.”
More than 900 delegates from Australia, New Zealand and Asia are expected to attend the event at the Sydney International Convention Centre.
“The future of insurance won’t be determined by technology alone,” ANZIIF CEO Katrina Shanks said. “It will be determined by the decisions our profession makes today about trust, resilience, leadership and the value we deliver to society.
“The ANZIIF International Summit is where those conversations happen, bringing together the people who won’t just respond to the future but help define it.”
