Changing of the guard at Finity as long-serving boss retires
Finity Consulting has announced MD Scott Collings will retire this year and be replaced by chairman Nelson Henwood.
Mr Collings is a co-founder of Finity and has led the actuarial consultant for 11 years. He will gradually hand over to Mr Henwood between now and August.
“It has been a privilege to lead Finity and to work alongside such an exceptional group of people,” Mr Collings said. “I’m proud of what we’ve built together.”
Mr Henwood, a 20-year veteran at the firm, says Mr Collings has made an “immense contribution” as MD, “building a very strong foundation in our capability, our culture and the way we operate as a partnership. This next phase is about building on that strength.
“I’m proud to step into the MD role and look forward to working with our principals and people to continue to evolve how we deliver trusted advice and forward-looking solutions for our clients.”
