Conference tackles key market trends through exclusive report
Attendees at the third annual Insurance News conference will be given an exclusive printed copy of the latest INFORM report, put together with experts at Finity.
The report provides a detailed analysis of rates, capacity and profitability across commercial and personal lines, plus a series of in-depth features addressing issues including the rational/irrational soft market, the psychological claims crisis, and cyber risks and myths.
Finity’s statistics and expert viewpoints will be complemented by Insurance News articles focused on industry leaders’ insights.
The report will be presented during the opening session of the Outlook 2026 conference, on March 19 in Sydney.
Finity principals Susie Amos and Pravesh Ponna will take the audience through the actuarial group’s findings, while Insurance News editor-in-chief John Deex will pull out the key industry viewpoints.
“This report was hugely popular last year, because it contains the very latest analysis from Finity, combined with a series of in-depth interviews by the experienced Insurance News team,” Mr Deex said.
“The feedback suggests it is an invaluable tool for insurance professionals looking to understand the key trends coming over the horizon.”
The conference also includes sessions on cyber, AI, the future of broking, the evolution of claims and wellbeing in the workplace, plus a CEO panel.
The event is backed by gold partners QBE and Tata Consultancy Services, and sponsors Entsia, AAMC and Australia Underwriting.
