New Zealand insurer Tower has appointed Len Elikhis as CFO, subject to regulatory approvals.

Mr Elikhis joins from PPS Mutual, where he served as chief financial and operating officer from 2023, leading the launch of the insurer’s New Zealand business.

Before that, he held senior executive roles at AIA New Zealand and Sovereign.

Tower says Mr Elikhis is an experienced financial services executive with expertise across life and health insurance, finance and actuarial, capital management, pricing, investments and business transformation.

It says he brings strong commercial and strategic leadership experience gained across established and high-growth financial services organisations.
