Insurebot feature ‘removes pain point’ in quoting

Steadfast says its auto quote portal Insurebot has a new feature to help brokers pre-fill submission forms in as little as 15 seconds, rather than hours.

Intelligent Autofill extracts details from policy transactions in Steadfast’s Insight broking platform or from uploaded policy documents to facilitate the quoting process.

The feature is available for brokers seeking quotes for domestic motor, commercial motor, home and contents, landlord cover and workers’ compensation.

“Intelligent Autofill is designed to remove one of the biggest pain points in the quoting process, the manual re-keying of information,” Steadfast CTO David Gillespie said. “By pre-filling submission forms in seconds, we’re helping brokers work more efficiently, reduce duplication and spend more time providing advice and support to their clients.”

The broking group says the tool is “another example of how Steadfast is investing in insurtech innovation to streamline workflows, reduce manual data entry and help brokers focus on their clients.

“Automated reformatting of schedules is also in pilot phase in Insurebot, another example of reducing manual rework for brokers.”
