Cargo insurance software company QuickQuote says it has entered into a partnership agreement with Australian-listed logistics technology firm Yojee. 

“This partnership is designed to bring single-shipment cargo insurance cover directly into [Yojee’s] Mosaic [platform], so forwarders will soon be able to quote, bind and manage insurance cover without duplicate data entry or switching systems,” QuickQuote said in a LinkedIn post. 

“Our technology generates a quote in around 30 seconds and binds cover in around 60, with policy documents, certificates and reporting available immediately.” 

Yojee launched the Mosaic freight forwarding and customs platform commercially in July after commencing customer beta testing in September last year. 

Its CEO Mark Connell says integrating QuickQuote’s cargo insurance capability into Mosaic provides a “practical and scalable way to offer shipment protection while enhancing the overall customer experience.”
