‘True pioneer’ in broking tech retires

ZapCentral Technologies co-founder Kiersten Lethbridge retires tomorrow after a career in insurance tech spanning decades.

She has been a “true pioneer” in broking, the insurance software group’s CEO Lisa Woodley says.

“Her contribution to our industry has been nothing short of extraordinary. She has been an unwavering champion for insurance brokers, leaving a legacy in broking system innovation that few, if any, have been able to match.

“Kiersten has always worked with quiet determination, never seeking recognition, yet continuously delivering remarkable outcomes.”

Ms Lethbridge was instrumental in building and managing broking systems and co-creating premium funding integration and payments integration with WinBEAT and its predecessor Microbeat.

“Kiersten is widely admired and respected as a leader, mentor and supporter,” Ms Woodley said.

“Anyone who has had the privilege of working with her speaks highly of her encouragement, guidance and genuine care for those around her.”
