Vijaylaxmi Tarafdar has been promoted to associate VP client partner for Australia and New Zealand at Xceedance.

Ms Tarafdar, who has worked at Xceedance for more than a decade, moved from the group’s headquarters in India to join the Sydney team. She previously worked at StarStone Insurance and Axis Max Life Insurance.

Xceedance aims to help data flow securely between brokers, agencies and insurers. It applies technology to repetitive administrative tasks such as document processing and renewals, and digital tools to better understand customer needs.

“By simplifying, using data more intelligently and designing processes around people – not paperwork – the industry can unlock greater resilience, speed and trust,” Ms Tarafdar said.
