CFC adds risk analyst to bolster risk ‘feedback loop’
Isabel Finn has been appointed head of cyber exposure and proactive risk at CFC.
The new role responds to growing demand from brokers for clearer insights on cyber exposure, including how risks affect coverage and pricing, CFC says.
“That’s increasingly what the market is asking for and this role is a key step in delivering it,” cybersecurity services MD Jason Hart said.
“By strengthening the feedback loop between incidents we see and the way risk is assessed and priced, we’re giving brokers clearer, more practical insight to support placement discussions and help clients take meaningful action to reduce their exposure.”
Ms Finn will work with CFC’s underwriting, product, proactive cyber and incident response teams to ensure exposure is directly reflected in underwriting.
She was most recently Canopius cyber services manager and has worked at FTI Consulting and cybersecurity group Darktrace.
“I’m looking forward to helping shape how CFC continues to evolve its proactive capabilities and bringing greater clarity to the risks that matter most for brokers and clients,” she said.
