New directors add ‘diverse skills’ to adviser body
Financial Advice Association Australia says Natallia Smith and Pedro Marin Ramirez have been elected as directors.
They will be formally appointed at the annual general meeting on November 23, alongside Deborah Kent, who was re-elected for another three-year term.
Sheila Gutierrez-Cabacungan will stand down as director as her three-year term ends.
“Natallia, Pedro and Deborah offer a diverse range of experience, skills and perspectives from across the financial advice community and will be strong representatives of our association and our profession,” FAAA chair David Sharpe said.
They will join board members Michelle Veitch (who will become chair on November 23), Glenn Calder, Diana D’Ambra, Jade Khao, Ben Marshan and Shaun McDonagh.
