TAL says Angela Mentis and Akifumi Kai have joined as directors following the retirement of Christine Bartlett.

Mrs Mentis has 37 years’ financial services experience, including as Bank New Zealand CEO, and Mr Kai is currently a director at Daiichi Life Group.

Chair David Cohen says the new directors’ “complementary experience will be a tremendous asset to TAL as we continue to grow and evolve the way we serve Australians, their families and communities.

“At the same time, I want to extend our thanks to Christine for her outstanding contribution to the TAL board.”
