Women urged to apply for 'career shaping' program

The Council of Australian Life Insurers is inviting women working in life insurance and financial risk advice to apply for its annual ReCALIbrate leadership initiative.

This year eight places are on offer for the Women in Life Insurance Program, which includes Future Women’s Platinum+ Emerging Leaders membership.

There are also two $2000 grants from Financial Advice Association Australia for women working in financial risk advice to attend the FAAA Congress, to be held in Melbourne in November.

"By doubling and expanding ReCALIbrate in 2026, we are giving twice as many women across our industry the opportunity to build their skills, strengthen their networks and advance their careers," CALI CEO Christine Cupitt says.

“This is an investment in women and their ideas, perspectives, and leadership that will help shape the future of our industry."

The Future Women’s program includes expert-led masterclasses, group mentoring, networking, a virtual ticket to the summit in March, and a complimentary ticket to CALI’s next conference.

Apply here until September 27.
