Consultation has opened on draft changes to the NSW workers’ compensation scheme after state parliament passed the government’s reforms in February.

The State Insurance Regulatory Authority is seeking feedback by May 15 on matters ranging from market practice and premium directives to workers’ injury claim forms and decision summary notices.

“Your feedback will inform the final regulations and guidelines,” the authority said.
