Broking group begins graduate search
Steadfast has opened applications for next year’s graduate program, seeking six recruits.
Successful candidates will secure a 12-month contract involving a rotation through four chosen areas of the broking group’s operations, with opportunities in insurance, technology, finance, business, marketing and human resources.
The program offers graduates “hands-on experience, exposure to different facets of the business and a strong foundation for long-term success in the insurance industry”.
Steadfast chief people officer Ferzana Yale said: “The Steadfast graduate program is more than just a career launchpad – it’s an invitation to be part of an industry that protects communities and drives innovation.
“We’re looking for passionate graduates who want to make a meaningful impact in insurance and grow with a values-led organisation.”
The program assigns each graduate a mentor, and at its conclusion graduates will make a presentation to Steadfast’s executive team, including CEO Robert Kelly.
Applicants must have completed their studies in the past two years, or be due to complete them by next February.
“We encourage brokers, underwriters and insurance professionals across the industry to share this opportunity with recent university graduates or final-year students ready to embark on a rewarding career in insurance,” Ms Yale said.
