Cyber specialist CFC has appointed a Sydney-based national manager of technology and media business for “true boots on the ground capability” and broker support. 

Stella Gilson will move from the group’s London base to lead local underwriting and strengthen broker relationships.  

She has been a technology and media underwriter at CFC in the UK for 12 years.

Australia’s technology and creative sectors are thriving, Ms Gilson says, and brokers are telling CFC they need clearer, more responsive support when placing risks.

“As the digital landscape evolves with escalating cyber threats, increased AI adoption and rising regulatory expectations, our expanded offering gives brokers the flexibility they need, backed by both local and global expertise,” she said.
