Applications for Steadfast’s Aspire Women Leaders Program close next Thursday.

The initiative, run jointly with Hollard, gives female brokers across the Steadfast network the chance to take a 12-month training program, learning from industry mentors in areas including executive leadership, strategic business acumen, and personal and professional wellbeing.  

The course value of $25,000 is subsidised by Steadfast and Hollard.

“One of the hurdles that women face is the ability to attend networking and sponsorship events due to wide and varied level of commitments beyond work,” Hollard said.

“This program provides an opportunity for a sustained support network based on meaningful relationships developed over time.”  

The course consists of six modules, with on-site attendance required. It is due to begin on November 24.
