Anna Scott has been promoted to CEO of New Zealand at Marsh Pacific.

Ms Scott has been Mercer NZ president since September and will continue in that role, now titled Marsh people and investments president for New Zealand.

Under a rebrand this month, Mercer is now Marsh, Guy Carpenter is Marsh Re and Oliver Wyman Group is Marsh Management Consulting.

“Having been with Marsh for a year now, I’m thrilled," Auckland-based Ms Scott said. “I can't wait to build on the momentum we’ve already created as we bring our businesses together under one unified Marsh brand, strengthening connections across our New Zealand teams to deliver a more seamless experience for clients.”

Marsh previously announced Toni Ferrier would step down from the CEO role at the end of last month.  

Ms Scott is a Financial Services Council of New Zealand director and was formerly JPMorgan Chase & Co global business manager in London, Smartshares CEO, and Hobson Wealth Partners COO.
