Planned Cover has made two appointments to its broking leadership teams in Victoria and NSW.

Max Shetty is the new broking manager for Victorian operations, joining the company from Austbrokers.

He specialises in professional indemnity, cyber, IT liability, directors’ and officers’ cover, and management liability claims.  

He has spent time at IAG, Aon and Gallagher, and is a senior associate at the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.  

In his new role, he will focus on client engagement, account allocation, revenue growth, new business development and the delivery of strategic objectives, Planned Cover says.  

Anthony Kearns joined the business last month as client experience and business development manager. 

He has more than 30 years’ executive experience across sectors including risk management. He will work with Planned Cover’s NSW broking team, focusing on new business and strategic goals.  

Planned Cover works in commercial, professional, cyber and personal lines insurance, with offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
