Steadfast Claims Solutions says Theresa O’Halloran has joined as COO. 

Ms O’Halloran was Swiss Re Australia and New Zealand head of operations before taking up the Steadfast role in May.

CEO Susan Donaldson says Ms O’Halloran has already made “a strong contribution … in partnering with customers and cultivating strong, positive relationships. With her strong track record in operations and claims management, Theresa is passionate about delivering great customer claim experience through efficient processes and use of technology.” 

The expansion of the executive leadership team also includes head of customer and risk Tai Patira, who recently celebrated five years with the business.
