Chubb, Vero and Zurich are in the running for this year’s NIBA large general insurer award.

The National Insurance Brokers Association has revealed nine finalists for its 2026 Insurer Awards, across three categories: large insurer, specialty insurer and underwriting agency.

The shortlist was determined using feedback from NIBA’s recent Broker Market Survey, which this year received a record 1070 responses.

“The Insurer Awards benchmark and recognise the insurers and underwriting agencies that brokers rate most highly, and that are lifting professional standards to serve Australians better,” NIBA CEO Richard Klipin said.

“I congratulate this year’s finalists and wish them the best of luck.”

Winners will be announced at the NIBA Convention this month.
