Ms Osborne has chaired Sydney-based Assetinsure for more than four years and been a board member for a decade, the company says in a LinkedIn post.
Steven Rankine, who has been on the board since 2020 and has extensive experience building debt/structured finance businesses, will become chairman.
Mr McConnell is moving to be co-CEO of Credeq UK after nearly 15 years at Assetinsure. He joined in 2011 as head of the financial risk business and became CEO in 2021.
Assetinsure has been a licensed insurer in the Australian market since 2004, focusing on niche and specialist classes.
It offers surety, credit enhancement, construction warranty, freight cover and other products.
