Willis has appointed Will Sare as head of corporate Australia, effective immediately. 

Mr Sare, who was head of sales for the Pacific, will lead the property and casualty business across Australia in the new role. 

“Will brings extensive industry experience, proven leadership and a deep understanding of our business,” head of Pacific James Baum said. 

“Since joining Willis a year ago, he has strengthened our commercial performance and expanded the capabilities of our sales team.” 

Mr Sare has worked in Australian and international markets, with his experience including broking and global risk manager roles. 

Willis also said Stephen Trickey will take on an expanded role supporting sales activity across the Pacific, while continuing as head of growth for the region.
