ANZIIF looks to futurists for summit line-up

The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance has revealed the first two overseas speakers who will headline its inaugural International Summit.

Futurist and technologist Jerry Michalski will open the two-day event on February 11 with a keynote speech on artificial intelligence and what the technology means for insurance.

ANZIIF says Mr Michalski will provide a “clear-eyed look at where AI is genuinely heading … and why trust becomes the real competitive advantage in a technology-led market”.

April Rinne will headline the final day with a speech on ways to thrive in a constantly changing landscape.

Ms Rinne was rated one of the “50 leading female futurists” by Forbes and has advised major organisations including World Bank and Airbnb.
