Auto & General adds to home claims team

Auto & General has appointed Dane Cartwright as major event response and quality assurance manager for home claims.

Mr Cartwright joins from insurance repair specialist Rizon, where he was national client services manager from March last year.

He previously worked at IAG for 12 years as a manager for property and niche claims.

“This role presents an exciting opportunity to focus on catastrophe response, operational readiness and building strong quality frameworks to support customers when it matters most,” Mr Cartwright said on LinkedIn.

Martin Van Rensburg, associate director home claims at Auto & General, says Mr Cartwright will lead the expansion of its major events response team.
