Crawford makes key promotions, hires

Crawford & Company has made changes to its property, specialty and chief client office teams in Australia.

Justin McEwan, who has been at the loss adjuster 14 years, has been promoted to head of quality and people development, and Lucas Bressanutti has moved up to cyber and fidelity leader for Australia after six years at the business. Both are based in Melbourne.

Sydney-based Joshua Boyd joins as senior adjuster in the power, energy and construction team, and Brisbane-based Amy Kane becomes strategic account manager in the chief client office.

“We’re proud to promote talented people from within our business and attract experienced professionals whose expertise will support our continued growth across key markets and service lines,” local president Jonathan Hubbard said.

Mr Boyd has decades of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, plus engineering projects across Australia, Asia and the UK – most recently spending seven years at Japan’s Marubeni Corporation.

Ms Kane was previously client partnerships manager at NLR Water Fire Mould Restoration.

Crawford says she has experience in account management and business development, and will focus on strategic relationships, collaboration opportunities and value for insurer clients.
