Crawford & Company Australia has promoted Joel Arbuthnot to be head of global technical services.

Mr Arbuthnot was previously an executive adjuster and team leader for GTS in NSW. He joined the claims management company in 2017 and has held several roles.

Crawford says Mr Arbuthnot has built a reputation for technical strength, sound judgment and a commitment to developing emerging talent.

“His appointment is well deserved and reflects the positive impact he has had on our GTS team,” head of specialty Matt Donnelly said.

“I have every confidence he will continue to build capability and deliver for our clients.”
