Gallagher Bassett has confirmed Shelley Reynolds as GM for its SA operations, after she acted in the state role since June last year.

Ms Reynolds has been with the claims manager for more than a decade and served as assistant GM from 2022 before stepping up on a temporary basis.

She has strengthened the state operation through talent development initiatives, mentoring future leaders and championing knowledge-sharing, Gallagher Bassett says.

She has also been a strong advocate for innovation and digital transformation.

Ms Reynolds said: “I’m honoured to take on the permanent role ... and continue leading our talented team in supporting employers, injured workers and the broader SA community.

“I’m passionate about customer experience. We have an experienced team that understands SA’s unique environment, and is committed to understanding customer feedback and embedding insights into our operational decision-making.”
