Glenn Preece has been appointed Pacific growth leader at Lockton.

Sydney-based Mr Preece, who was formerly Marsh Pacific chief client officer, will “play a pivotal role in shaping our growth agenda in the Pacific, and I’m delighted to have him on the leadership team”, Lockton Pacific CEO Marcus Pearson said.

“Glenn’s experience across global markets and his strategic understanding of complex risk make him an exceptional fit.”

Lockton has also appointed Sare Ozkara as head of market strategy, engagement and portfolio solutions for the Pacific.

She previously spent seven years at Vero, finishing as EM of intermediated partnerships, and also has experience at Asteron Life.

“Sare’s experience and leadership will significantly enhance our ability to deliver insight-led solutions and strengthen our market positioning across the Pacific,” Mr Preece said.
