Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group has appointed Doron Grossman as partner distribution claims manager.

Mr Grossman joins after 20 months at InsureBuild, where he was strategic partnerships and business development national manager.

He previously spent more than 17 years at QBE across its European, UK and Asian operations, including more than six years as distribution head for brokers and agents in Asia-Pacific.

Mr Grossman has also worked at Chubb, Crawford & Company, AM Best and Insurance Brokers Network Australia, where he was CEO from 1996 to 2000.
