Pen Underwriting has named Paul Behm head of underwriting and appointed Ev Synnott to the newly created role of head of operational strategy and transformation.

Both are internal appointments.

Mr Behm will lead Pen’s property, liability and motor underwriting teams and Mr Synnott will be responsible for process optimisation, technology enablement and organisational change.
