Nominations have opened for the 18th RM Advancer Awards, celebrating risk management practices by Vero and GIO workers’ compensation clients.

The program this year has three categories: the best continuous improvement award honours sustained and measurable progress in strengthening risk management practices; the excellence in risk prevention category celebrates proactive and innovative approaches that reduce the likelihood of incidents and loss events; and the outstanding risk recovery solution prize recognises excellence in responding to and recovering from risk events while strengthening organisational resilience.

“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity once again to showcase the innovative and adaptive ways businesses are advancing their approach to risk, and we’re looking forward to seeing this year’s excellent nominations,” Vero EGM of commercial David Hoffmann said.

The awards are open to all current Vero and GIO workers’ compensation clients.

Finalists will be announced on October 1 after nominations close on September 18. Winners and their brokers will be revealed at an awards ceremony on November 12 in Sydney.
