Steadfast Group has received certification from workplace accreditor Great Place to Work. 

A survey found 76% of employees at Steadfast say it is a great place to work, compared to 60% of employees at a typical company in Australia. 

Steadfast was rated a physically safe place to work with good facilities, and people treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, race or gender. 

“This certification is something we are very proud of as it reflects the strong cultural foundations we’ve built over the past 30 years, and the commitment of leadership to ensure we nurture a fulfilling workplace for our people," Steadfast Group MD and CEO Robert Kelly said. 

“It recognises the culture our people have helped create and the care, connection and commitment they bring to our business every day." 

Steadfast says staff feedback "shows we have a strong cultural foundation where our people feel supported and valued, and it also gives us a clear view of where we can continue to improve".
