Faaizah Banu has been appointed Zurich national lead for authorised representative groups.

Sydney-based Ms Banu will lead the insurer’s broker development associates team and mid-market underwriters, and collaborate with AR groups.

She has previously been Allianz national relationship manager for four years, worked at AIG and Winsure, and was a CGU underwriter.

“Faaizah has a strong track record for building relationships and supporting brokers to succeed,” Zurich head of strategic broker management Melissa Starfield said.
