EXL event tackles AI adoption barriers
Global data company EXL says a virtual event in Australia and New Zealand tomorrow aims to help businesses move beyond AI experimentation and gain greater value from the technology.
The company says many organisations “remain stuck in pilot mode” and industry data shows that while 62% are experimenting with AI agents, less than one-third have scaled the technology across the enterprise.
The AI in Action event is tailored to business leaders and professionals seeking a practical road map to move beyond testing at the edges and tackles barriers holding organisations back, it says.
“AI’s true value is realised when it becomes embedded in how work gets done every day,” EXL chairman and CEO Rohit Kapoor said.
Speakers include Mr Kapoor and DVx Ventures CEO and former Tesla president John McNeill. He was also previously Lyft COO.
A session on driving business value with AI in the workflow will feature Latitude Financial Services COO Campbell Morrison, Amazon Web Services Australia and New Zealand head of AI Olivier Debaillon, and EXL Asia-Pacific growth leader Vilas Madan.
The virtual event is part of a global program spanning the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific. It will feature live demonstrations, practical case studies and executive insights from organisations that have scaled AI across complex environments.
Other speakers include Zurich Financial Services chief data officer John Kim, former Westpac CTO David Walker, IAG EM enterprise architecture and governance Kirit Kundu, Databricks technical GM of field engineering Charles Sutikno, and EXL’s EVP and head of international growth markets Vishal Chhibbar.
The event begins at 10am (AEDT). Registration is available here.
